We are seeking an experienced, confident, authentic and customer focused individual with a passion for Food and Beverage.

Your duties will include:

• Managing the day to day venue operations
• Monitoring and managing staff performance, rosters and training
• Providing high quality customer service to our customers
• Maintain effective communications to all departments and key stakeholders
• Maintain a safe and comfortable atmosphere in our venue
• Monitor and ensure compliance with legislative requirements
• Daily cash and gaming reconciliation 

You will have:

• Previous experience successfully managing a hospitality venue of a similar size and nature
• Detailed knowledge of Liquor and Gaming legislation
• Passion and drive to exceed customer expectations
• Experience working under pressure in a high pace environment
• Current RSA and RCG certifications and police check
• Flexibility and available to work across 7-days, rotating roster including weekends, late nights and public holidays.
